1. Services Offered
Maxwell Creative provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:
- Social media management
- Branding and graphic design
- Content creation
All services are provided based on the scope agreed upon in your proposal or package. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made upfront or as per the agreed schedule.
- We do not begin work until payment is received unless otherwise stated in writing.
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change.
3. Turnaround Time & Revisions
- Estimated delivery times vary per project and will be communicated during onboarding.
- Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional changes will be charged separately.
- Delays in client feedback or content submission may impact delivery dates.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are unhappy with the work provided, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely information or content needed for their project
- Reviewing work and providing feedback within the agreed time
- Ensuring they have the rights to use any third-party materials submitted
6. Ownership & Copyright
- Maxwell Creative retains the rights to all draft materials.
- Final approved designs become the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
- We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio or on social media unless requested not to.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maxwell Creative is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Client’s failure to achieve specific results (e.g., sales, reach, etc.)
- Issues that arise from third-party platforms (such as Meta or Instagram)
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with the revised date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
